A practicing attorney since 1983, MR. SCOTT graduated cum laude from C.W. Post College and received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court. MR. SCOTT was a law clerk to the Honorable Frank M. Donato, Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Passaic County and thereafter served as an Assistant Passaic County Prosecutor in both the Juvenile and trial sections.
During his career spanning over 25 years, MR. SCOTT has handled matters such as death penalty cases, murder, robbery, sexual assault, drugs, aggravated assaults, weapon offenses, thefts as well as shoplifting, motor vehicle and traffic offenses. He routinely appears in Superior Courts Family Courts and Municipal Courts throughout the State, as well as handled hundreds of expungements.
Although his practice involves criminal and municipal court matters, both adult and juvenile as well as expungements, MR.
